Chilly Willy

Hi!  Yesterday, our project featured a girl penguin, so today we decided to use a boy penguin.

We used the same two cricut cartridges, Artiste for the box and Simply Charmed for the penguin.  We cut the box out with blue cardstock, stamped the snowflakes with a VersaMark stamp pad, then heat embossed with our ultra thick embossing enamel.  We used the same blue cardstock for bow, glued a blue bling to the centre of the bow and attached it to our penguin with a pop dot.  For the face we used a peachy keen stamp.

For fun we attached the penguin to the box with an action wobble.  We mounted a sticker we had in our stash to blue cardstock, then, with pop dots we stuck it to the box, to give our penguin his name.

Now all we need is the perfect treat to go inside.  Though, not our favourite, we decided York peppermint patties would go perfect with our project! Six of the patties fit perfectly!

This was another quick and easy project to do.  Hope you enjoy!
